SCOTCH CREEK - Police in Chase are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects who allegedly broke into a gas station over the weekend.

Chase RCMP received a report on Sept. 22 at 5:30 a.m. that a break and enter had taken place at the Scotch Creek Esso. Two suspects allegedly smashed a window in the front door of the store, and entered the building.

They then stole cigarettes, potato chips, pop and candy bars, according to an RCMP news release.

Surveillance footage from the scene show one male suspect and one female suspect, and they were driving a white Subaru BRZ.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Chase RCMP at 250-679-3221 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
