The hot weather is going to continue in Kamloops and the Okanagan for most of the coming week, although Sunday may be a little less appealing.
The Environment Canada forecast calls for sunshine for most of the next seven days with some days expected to have a mix of sun and cloud.
High temperatures are forecast to be 32 Celsius today in Kamloops and the Okanagan and range from 29 C to 33 C in the coming days.
Sunday, however, is forecast to be not only cooler but, in the Okanagan, potentially damp with a 30% chance of showers.
Highs are forecast to be 26 C on Sunday. For that day, Kamloops shows a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 28 C.
The forecast doesn’t show temperatures as hot as they were Monday where they hit 35.8 C in Kelowna and 35.2 C in Kamloops.
