KELOWNA - The Steve Miller Band’s spring Canadian tour will be making a stop in Kelowna.

Steve Miller, who was inducted into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame this year, will be joined by special guest Peter Frampton for a concert at Prospera Place in Kelowna on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.

"2017 was an amazingly beautiful, creative and rewarding music experience for our band and our audience," Miller says in a media release. "The band and production crew are working on creating an even better concert experience for 2018 and plan on wading even deeper into the musical waters.”

“Peter Frampton and I enjoyed last summer. There is so much to explore and we are looking forward to seeing our friends in Canada and the States soon."

The Steve Miller Band dominated the radio airwaves in the 1970s with hits like The Joker, Take the Money and Run, Jet Airliner and Jungle Love just to name a few.

Tickets — which range in price from $59.50 to $99.50 plus service charges — go on sales Friday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. online at www.livenation.com or www.selectyourtickets.com.
