Someone in B.C. is $1 million richer after Lotto 649 draw

Someone in B.C. is $1 million richer after winning a Lotto 649 guaranteed prize draw Saturday night.

No winner was announced during Saturday night's Lotto 649 draw for the $14.5 million, but a person in B.C. has won the $1 million prize.

The next draw will be for $16 million which will be held April 15, according to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.
