Someone in BC doesn't know they have a $1 million winning lottery ticket

Were you in Maple Ridge last September purchasing a lottery ticket?

If so, you might be in possession of a a winning $1-million Lotto 6/49 ticket set to expire at midnight on Sept. 28, according to a BC Lottery Corporation media release issued today, Sept. 5.

Be sure to check drawers, the back pockets of your jeans and bottoms of your handbags as BCLC is encouraging players who purchased a ticket for the Sept. 28, 2022 draw in Maple Ridge to check their tickets for the winning Gold Ball Draw number: 12299795-01.

Only after the winner has come forward to claim the prize will the specific retail location where the winning ticket was purchased and the lottery winner’s name be announced..

Players can check their tickets at any BCLC lottery retailer in B.C. Or you can visit the BCLC website here.
