British reports say Manchester United is negotiating a new deal with striker Wayne Rooney worth 300,000 pounds ($550,565) a week.
According to the reports, Rooney has told his representatives to initiate talks with United over a new long-term deal to replace the final 18 months of his current contract worth 250,000 pounds ($459,100) a week.
