Southern Interior residents aren’t letting poor road conditions get them down, even as snowplows prepare for a busy night.

Jeremy Stark, president of Okanagan Snow Works, has a fleet of 15 vehicles and 30 staff members, all preparing for the snow which is expected to fall tonight across the Okanagan.

“Roads are slick out there,” he said.

On Sunday morning, Jan. 12, toboggans and sleds of all shapes and sizes could be found on the slopes of Hudson Road Elementary in West Kelowna.
