Belongings believed to belong to a Vancouver resident who has been missing since last fall, have been found in a remote area of Manning Provincial Park.
Jordan Naterer, who was 25 at the time, left Vancouver on Oct. 10, 2020 for a hiking trip in the park, according to an RCMP media release. He was supposed to attend a family gathering two days later but never showed up.
His car was found near the Frosty Mountain Trailhead, close to the Lightening Lake day use area in Manning Provincial Park, and a search continued until Nov. 7.
RCMP said on July 4, 2021, a volunteer searcher found belongings believed to belong to Naterer in a remote, limited access area of the park.
An RCMP helicopter along with Princeton Search and Rescue members are searching the area.
Anyone with information about him is asked to contact the Princeton RCMP at 250-295-6911.
