ERZURUM, Türkiye - Canada's Eliot Grondin earned World Cup silver in the men's snowboard cross on Saturday.
Grondin finished behind Germany's Leon Ulbricht and ahead of Nick Baumgartner of the United States on the podium.
The Sainte-Marie, Que., native was the top qualifier on Friday entering Saturday's final.
It's the second World Cup medal of the season for the 23-year-old Grondin.
He earned gold on Feb. 2 in China.
