VANCOUVER - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSXV:RML) is asking an arm of the World Bank to arbitrate a dispute with the Venezuelan government. The Vancouver-based gold company says Venezuela breached treaty protections by nationalizing Rusoro's investments in the country without compensation. Rusoro says it has attempted for several months to negotiate an amicable resolution but without success.
