Two brothers accused of robbing and brutally attacking a teenager didn’t show up to court and now there’s a warrant out for their arrest.

Kyle and Justin Radis were charged on Dec. 14 and due to make their first appearance in court yesterday, Dec. 15, according to an RCMP press release. But they failed to do so.

“There is a warrant for their arrest, and they are considered dangerous,” the release says.

Police did not release a description of the suspects, but Kyle was born June 28, 1986 and Justin was born Aug. 5, 1988, according to their mugshots.

They were both charged with aggravated assault and robbery after a 17-year-old was attacked on the Okanagan Rail Trail in November of last year.

The victim had his bike, shoes and cell phone stole, and suffered a fractured skull and collapsed lung.

Immediately after the attack, the suspects were described as transient men in an RCMP media release.

Justin Radis is facing a separate charge of assault with a weapon in connection with an offence that occurred in Kelowna in February of this year, according to court documents.
