"It is possible that Ryan made his way into a shed, garage or unlocked vehicle," a Kamloops RCMP news release states.

Officers are also following up on any tips received regarding Shtuka's disappearance, but so far none substantiate that he left the village of Sun Peaks on Feb. 17.

That's the last time Shtuka was seen, at approximately 2:10 a.m. Police say he left a party on Burfield Drive to walk a short distance back to his residence, but his cellular networks and social media have been quiet.

A Facebook group dedicated to finding Shtuka is filled with posts about volunteer searches and offers of help.

According to the group, citizens have been searching the Sun Peaks region for days in hopes of finding some answers.

If anyone does believe they saw Shtuka after 2:50 a.m. last Saturday, they are asked to call Kamloops Rural RCMP at 250-314-1800 or Crime Stoppers at 1 800-222-8477.
