Prince George RCMP have updated a missing person's report that described accused murderer Anthony Graham from Penticton simply as a missing person.

Graham, who is wanted in the double murder of Kamloops brothers Carlo and Erick Fryer in May, was considered a “missing person whom family has not seen since late May 2021" in a Prince George RCMP press release issued yesterday, Nov. 4.

In a new release issued today, Nov. 5, RCMP said an oversight was made by the detachment in Prince George. Today's release cited a Penticton RCMP release from June when Graham was considered armed and dangerous, and said that information should have been relayed in yesterday's release. The Prince George detachment says it is putting processes in place to prevent similar errors from being made.

The Fryer brother's bodies were found in a remote location on Naramata Creek Forest Service Road, May 10, and the B.C. Prosecution Service approved first degree murder charges, June 18, against Graham and Wade Cudmore. Cudmore has been in custody since then.

"We are concerned that Anthony is a target and those associated to him, or found in his proximity are also at risk. Anthony, if you see or hear this message, I am asking you to turn yourself into the nearest police station," B.C. RCMP Major Crime Section acting officer-in-charge Supt. Sanjaya Wijayakoon said at the time. He was described as armed and dangerous by RCMP.

RCMP said in yesterday's missing person release Graham was last seen by friends in the Prince George area on May 25, adding that he has connections to the Okanagan. However the release neglected to mention that he is facing homicide charges.

Police describe Graham as a Caucasian male, 6' tall, 190 lbs. with blue eyes and light brown hair.
