PENTICTON - If you’ve ever dreamed of being called to ‘come on down’, spinning the big wheel or playing Plinko you may want to head on down to Penticton this April.

The Price Is Right Live, an interactive stage show, is set for April 14 at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton.

Games could include the classics of Plinko and Cliffhangers and contestants could get to spin The Big Wheel and take part in the Showcase, all favourites of the long-running TV show. Prizes could include appliances, vacation and even a new car.

The show has been running for nine years, playing to near sold-out audiences across North America. The only other B.C. shows announced so far are Abbotsford on April 6 and Dawson Creek on April 12. Several Alberta shows are also scheduled.

Tickets starts at $25 and go on sale Friday, Jan. 29, at 10 a.m. Tickets are available in person at the Valley First Box Office or Wine Country Visitor Centre, by phone at 1-877-SOEC-TIX or online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com.

People wanting to register as a contestant must be at the venue between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. April 14. Contestants will be chosen through a random draw and must be at least 19 years old.
