KELOWNA - The  search for a missing 53-year-old downtown Kelowna resident reached a sad end Oct. 14 when his body was found in the 1300 block of Water Street.

Stephen James O’Shaughnessy was reported missing when he did not show up for a scheduled appointment, which was unusual for him.

Foul play is not suspected and his family has been notified.
