KELOWNA - An apparent road rage incident in West Kelowna yesterday has RCMP looking for witnesses.

Police were called at about 4:30 p.m. yesterday, Nov. 22, regarding a confrontation that was described as mostly verbal in nature but was “both heated and threatening.” It happened near a construction site for a round-a-bout along Glenrosa Road.

“Police have learned that the altercation took place at approximately 3:35 pm, and involved the driver of a white crossover SUV, with a possible partial licence plate of X30M, and a traffic flagger working at that job site,” RCMP Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey said in an emailed statement.

Anyone with information on the trailers location or any information is asked to contact West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880. Or remain completely anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or by leaving a tip online at www.crimestoppers.net.
