Vernon North Okanagan RCMP were asking for help to find a 2008 blue KIA Sportage involved in an incident on Back Enderby Road in Spallumcheen this morning, but now say the vehicle has been located.
RCMP do not say what the incident was that happened at around 11:30 a.m. today, Sept. 20, but did say they were using a helicopter to try to find the KIA.
“Investigators are working to determine the circumstances around this incident and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the vehicle,” a media release issued earlier today stated. “If you see this vehicle, do not approach it and call police immediately.”
RCMP now say the 2008 blue KIA Sportage with B.C. licence plate KL0 87K has been located.
