OLIVER - Firefighters were called to blaze south of the Oliver yesterday afternoon.
Oliver Fire Department media spokesperson Rob Graham says the department arrived at a mobile home on Road 5 around 5 p.m., June 12, to find a work shed near the residence ablaze.
Both homeowners and firefighters were able to knock the blaze down before it had a chance to seriously damage the mobile home.
Firefighters spent about an hour at the scene, which was also attended by members of the RCMP.
No one was displaced due to the fire, which Graham says appears to be accidental.
