Okanagan's weatherman gives his final forecast tonight

KELOWNA - Weatherman Mike Roberts will give his last forecast for tonight's evening news before heading into retirement.

Last July Roberts announced on air his 40-year news career would soon be coming to an end. Audiences can catch the favourite TV personality tonight at 5:00 p.m. on Global Okanagan.

Though he's clearing out his office at CHBC news Roberts plans to stay in the community, spending time with family, continuing his work as the honorary chair of United Way and fundraising for the Good News Bears food bank project.
