Chambers of Commerce throughout the Okanagan are hosting virtual all candidates forums for the upcoming federal election.

But the North Okanagan-Shuswap forum, to be hosted by the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce next week, will allow viewers of the Zoom session to type in their questions during the forum.

All the other virtual forums require questions to be submitted in advance.

The forum is scheduled for Sept. 8 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

People do need to register in order to get access links to the session. That can be done here.

Conservative incumbent Mel Arnold is being challenged by Liberal Shelley Desautels, People’s Party of Canada’s Kyle Delfing, NDP’s Ron Johnston and the Green's Andrea Gunner.
