NOTRE-DAME, N.B. - RCMP say four teenagers have died in a crash on a highway in eastern New Brunswick.
Cpl. Mario Maillet says the accident happened just before 1 a.m. today on Route 115 in Notre-Dame, about 30 kilometres north of Moncton.
Maillet says three people were ejected from the car after it veered off the road, rolled several times and crashed into a culvert.
He says the victims, three 18-year-old men and a 17-year-old boy from Cap-Pelé, N.B., died at the scene. Autopsies will be conducted on Monday.
Maillet says the families have been notified, but police have not released their names.
He says speed was a factor in the crash, but the investigation is ongoing.
