The possibility of showers in the Okanagan will fade today, March 28, 2019, with mostly sunny skies and slightly above normal temperatures for the weekend.

KELOWNA - There’s more sunshine than cloud and rain in the Okanagan forecast for weekend with temperatures slightly above normal for this time of year.
Environment Canada says to expect increasing cloud today, March 28, with a 40 per cent chance of showers in the Okanagan and a daytime high temperature around 14 Celsius. The mercury is expected to drop to 1 C overnight.
Sunny skies are forecast for tomorrow with a high of 15 C and an overnight low of 1 C.
The weekend looks like it will be great for outdoor early spring activities with mostly sunny skies on Saturday and sun and cloud mix on Sunday, with highs of 13 C and 15 C respectively.
On Monday, the rain is expected to return with 60 per cent chance of showers and a high of around 10 C.
Normal temperatures at this time of year in the Okanagan are highs of about 12 C and lows around 0 C.
