Okanagan residents will soon have an opportunity to ask questions from their elected officials in a series of virtual town hall meetings.

Three virtual town hall meetings are scheduled to take place in the early evenings between April 22 to 30, and allow people to ask questions to MLAs, Interior Health officials and Kelowna School District 23.

Kelowna West MLA Ben Stewart and Kelowna-Mission MLA Steve Thomson, along with Kelowna Mayor Colin Basran, Lake Country Mayor James Baker, West Kelowna Mayor Gord Milsom and Westbank First Nation Chief Chris Derickson will all be present.

"All citizens are invited to join in, ask questions of our panellists, and get answers that we hope will help you and your families through these uncertain times," reads a media statement.

On April 23, Interior Health CEO and president Susan Brown along with Interior Health Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Sue Pollock, will be joined by Kelowna-Lake Country MLA Norm Letnick and Kootenay West MLA Katrine Conroy, to answer questions during the virtual town hall.

On April 30, Kelowna school district 23 chair Moyra Baxter and superintendent Kevin Kaardal, along with Kelowna-Lake County MLA Norm Letnick, will answer questions from the public during the virtual town hall.
