Police say they have found the body of a 36-year-old Kaleden man missing since Oct. 3.

RCMP Cpl. Chris Manseau said in a press release Philip Shuhmacher’s death is not considered suspicious at this time.

His body was found today, Oct. 17.

The B.C. Coroners Service is investigating the death.

Police said previously Schuhmacher was last seen at his parent’s residence around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 3, when a security camera caught his image at the front of his parent’s house.
