WINNIPEG - A Manitoba judge who is being investigated over sexually-explicit photos says she is the victim of her husband and her accuser.
In documents filed for her disciplinary hearing, Justice Lori Douglas says she had no knowledge her husband was circulating photos and calls the act an "unimaginable betrayal."
Douglas is under investigation by a panel of the Canadian Judicial Council and could be removed from the bench.
Douglas's lawyer-husband, Jack King, has admitted to taking nude photos of Douglas and sharing them with a client, Alexander Chapman.
Chapman says he felt sexually harassed and came forward in 2010 with a complaint against Douglas.
The photos, some of which show Douglas naked and in bondage gear or performing sex acts, ended up on the Internet.
