Torex Gold Resources Inc. (TSX:TXG). Miner. Down one cent, or 1.05 per cent, to 94 cents on 5.7 million shares.
Penn West Petroleum Ltd. (TSX:PWT). Oil and gas. Down six cents, or 2.91 per cent, to $2 on 4.7 million shares.
B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down four cents, or 2.12 per cent, to $1.85 on 4.2 million shares.
Ram Power, Corp. (TSX:RPG). Utility. Unchanged at half-a-cent on 3.9 million shares.
Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. (TSX:PRE). Oil and gas. Down 14 cents, or 4.49 per cent, to $2.98 on 3.8 million shares.

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX:ATD.B). Retailer. Down $1.56, or 3.25 per cent, to $46.37 on 873,159 shares. Shareholders of The Pantry Inc. have voted to approve a friendly takeover of the company by the Quebec-based Couche-Tard, which has stores throughout the U.S., Canada and northern Europe.
