KELOWNA - Police have ruled out foul play in the death of man who fell from a downtown balcony yesterday night.
Yesterday, March 17, RCMP responded to a call at an apartment in the 1300 block of Ellis Street. A man fell multiple stories from a balcony and landed on the building's protruding second floor balcony, according to an RCMP release.
“Investigators interviewed several witnesses at the scene,” Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey says in the release. “At this time, police do not believe that foul play is involved in the man’s death.
The investigation is now under control of the B.C. Coroners service.
