VERNON - Tasha is a sweet Rottweiler-German Shepherd mix looking to find her forever home.

Even though Tasha is a senior, what she lacks in youth, she makes up for in enthusiasm, according to the Vernon SPCA pet profile.

She is a great dog that is able to live alongside cats and dogs. She seems confident when meeting other animals.

The SPCA staff and dog walkers find Tasha very friendly and it doesn't seem like she has had a lot of training but she keeps her kennel very clean and walks nicely on a leash.

When left alone, Tasha does bark for a few minutes. The SPCA says she will need some work on separation anxiety by leaving her alone for short periods of time.

Her ideal home would be with someone who is gentle, quiet and lives an active lifestyle. Tasha would love to have a fenced property or yead.

If you think you'd like to add Tasha to your home or if you are interested in meeting her, please contact or stop by the Vernon SPCA.  Tasha's animal ID is 442269. There is more information about the shelter and Tasha online.
