Lara Exploration commits US$1.8M to coal exploration deal for Peru, Colombia

VANCOUVER - Lara Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:LRA) says it has completed a definitive agreement with Kiwanda Mining Partners LP to generate, acquire and develop coal projects in Peru and Colombia. Under the terms of the agreement, Kiwanda will fund a US$1.8-million generative exploration program over three years, of which a third will be committed in the first year.
