KELOWNA - Kelsey Serwa, an Olympic medal winning skier, added another notch in her belt over the weekend, wrapping her season of races in the winner's circle.

Serwa, 29, won gold at the 2019 Canadian Ski Cross Championship at Sunshine Village in Alberta on April 14. She also won the NorAm race the day before.

"I feel fortunate to end my 10th season racing ski cross 100 per cent healthy and with two more victories under my belt," Serwa said in a press release.

Serwa, who trained at Big White Ski Resort, has won dozens of races in her career, including a silver medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics and a gold medal at the 2018 games in Pyeongchang.
