Kelowna RCMP investigating possible arson last night

Kelowna RCMP responded to a suspicious fire at a private residence last night.

The fire was discovered at roughly 11 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 2600 block of Springfield Road and it's being investigated as a possible arson.

The fire was extinguished and officers have cleared the scene, but police are still investigating the cause of the fire, according to a press release.

Police are asking anyone who saw anything in the area or has dash cam footage between 10:30 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. to contact police at 250-762-3300.

People with information can remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers online or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
