KELOWNA – Police are looking to speak with a man they say was caught on video wandering the halls of the Kelowna hospital and entering the private rooms of two female patients.
Kelowna RCMP received a report in the early morning of July 23 that an unknown man entered the rooms and when confronted, acted confused and left.
"At one point in time the man was reportedly approached by hospital security guards," Const. Jesse O'Donaghey says. "He provided a seemingly false name to the guards, indicated that he was not a patient and advised that he was lost."
RCMP released a still image in hopes that the public can aid investigators in identifying the man.
He is a Caucasian mane, approximately 150 lbs., 5'6" tall, with a slender build, brown hair and shaved head. He was wearing a navy blue t-shirt with red logo and blue jeans.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300. Remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, leaving a tip online at www.crimestoppers.net or by texting your tip to CRIMES (274637) ktown.
