KELOWNA – A Kelowna man has pleaded guilty to trespassing and mischief after security footage allegedly showed him having sex with a woman in a stranger’s hot tub in the city last May.

Police say Noah Alexander McDonald, 18, and Sarah Ann Clementi, 45, walked onto the property at 1900-block of McDougall Street, May 25, looked into the home’s windows and climbed into the homeowner’s hot tub.

“The suspects were captured on video surveillance as they consumed alcohol, smoked cigarettes and engaged in physical relations,” Const. Jess O’Donaghey said in a media release at the time.

O’Donaghey says the footage also shows the suspects trying to steal an "outdoor electronic device” but McDonald is only charged with trespassing and mischief, according to court records.

They were arrested on Friday, May 27.

McDonald, who has no criminal history in B.C., pleaded guilty in Kelowna court yesterday, Nov. 29.

Clementi’s record goes back to 2007 and includes numerous charges of trafficking, possession of stolen property and breaches of parole and conditions.

She is scheduled to enter her plea this week.
