A man on a skateboard was taken to hospital after colliding with a vehicle near a bridge in Kamloops this past weekend.
B.C. Ambulance paramedics called police for assistance at approximately 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, to Fortune Drive near the Overlanders Bridge.
The skateboarder had travelled down the abutment across Fortune Drive and skidded under the vehicle.
He was taken to hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
