Police are looking for several suspects who stole an ATM from a Kamloops business early this morning.

Kamloops RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a business located on the 5100 block of Dallas Drive around 4 a.m. Nov. 9, according to an RCMP media release. RCMP do not identify the business.

A witness told police they heard a large smashing sound and saw a white GMC pickup truck leaving the business with an ATM in the back.

Officers arrived in scene and found that the glass doors of the business had been smashed. Extensive patrols were unsuccessful in locating the vehicle.

Surveillance footage captured two suspects, who concealed their identity with hoodies and masks, smashing the windows and pulling the ATM from the business using the truck.

The truck is described as a white newer model GMC pick up with a yellow tow strap in the rear box. One suspect was dressed in all grey, and the other in all black.

Anyone with any information regarding this theft or the identity of the suspects are asked to call the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-2477.
