Kamloops RCMP might have the stuff stolen from your vehicle

KAMLOOPS – If you’re vehicle has recently been broken into, the Kamloops RCMP might have recovered your stolen property.

RCMP say officers arrested three teenagers early this morning who were in possession of property stolen from vehicles in the Sahali area.

Kamloops RCMP responded to a call from a resident at about 4 a.m., Dec. 7, who observed three people breaking into parked cars. While on the way to investigate, a report was received of a break and enter at a church on Robson Drive, according to a media release.

Three teenaged boys, aged 14, 16 and 18, were arrested nearby and found to be in possession of stolen property, police say.

The trio have been released from custody and will appear in court in February.

Anyone who may have had items stolen from a vehicle in the upper Sahali area overnight can contact Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 to identify their property.
