Kamloops police looking for suspicious driver who followed students home

KAMLOOPS - Kamloops police are looking for a suspicious driver who is believed to have followed two students on Dalgleish Drive today.

According to a press release, two students from Beatty Elementary School were walking home on Dalgleish Drive today, June 25, at around 2:40 p.m. A dark grey or dark blue SUV appeared to be following them.

A resident called the students over to them and the vehicle left the scene.

The driver, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, is described as a South Asian man of medium height with a slight build and a moustache. He was wearing a blue hat and a T-shirt and grey shorts.

Anyone with information about the driver or the vehicle is asked to call the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000.
