UPDATE: Police investigating murder at Kamloops RV Park
Kamloops RCMP were called to a disturbance in the 9000 block of Dallas Drive last night, Feb. 11, 2017. Today, a large area at the Kamloops RV Park is closed off with crime scene tape.

KAMLOOPS - Police are investigating a homicide.
One man is in custody, Sgt. Darren Michels says in a release, however, police haven't released any further details surrounding last night's incident.
Police have taped off a wide area at the Kamloops RV Park located at 9225 Dallas Dr. A trailer, a pick up truck, a tent, and other items are in plain sight at the crime scene.
Two police vehicles were stationed at the scene at 10:45 a.m. today, Feb. 12.
Michels says RCMP responded to a disturbance on Dallas Drive last night, Feb. 11, at 9:30 p.m. When police arrived, several witnesses were restraining a man. He was taken into custody.
According to Michels, police then found the body of a man who had already succumbed to his injuries. His death is considered suspicious. This case is being investigated by the Kamloops Serious Crime Section along with the B.C. Coroners Service.
