KAMLOOPS - High-flying free ride mountain bike action will be coming to Kamloops this May long weekend, the second time The FEST series is stopping in town during the worldwide tour.
Kamloops was the first stop in the series last year and the course at the Kamloops Bike Ranch was built by local riders Brad Stuart and Graham Agassiz. This year the Aggy’s Reunion stop, featuring high flying jumps and tricks, will once again take place at the Kamloops Bike Ranch, May 17 to 18.
Last year Agassiz won the award for best crash during the Kamloops stop.
Other stops include Santa Cruz, Calif., Spain, Norway, Belgium and Retallack, B.C. Organizers are hoping to add more stops during the year. The series is also filmed as riders aim to perfect the best big jumps on some of the best trails in the world.
The series was created by six riders including Agassiz.
