A Kamloops man is facing two sexual assault charges from the past year, but other women are speaking out claiming it's part of a pattern of behaviour.

Sebastian William Bradshaw, 28, is in custody for a violent sexual assault in Enderby. It was alleged to have occurred in February, just weeks before he was charged for an earlier sexual assault in Kamloops.

Sources that spoke with iNFOnews.ca say he's been pursuing young girls in Kamloops years before he landed in court.

iNFOnews.ca isn't naming these sources because they were under 18 at the time.

"We want people to know. He lies about his name and age. He knows what he's doing and it's wrong," Kim said. "He's a pervert and he knows what he's doing. The amount of people that have been harmed, it just really pisses me off."

Bradshaw introduced himself as "Dean Wilson" to them when he would go to parties at houses or Pioneer Park in 2020. These parties would include teenagers as young as 14 and Bradshaw, in his mid-20s, pursued the teenage girls who were there, winning their affection by supplying alcohol and offering rides, the sources say.

He would often also pose as a security guard, wearing outfits similar to a police officer in an effort to impress the young girls he hung around with, according to women that spoke with iNFOnews.ca.

"He would tell (girls) he's 19 or 20," she said. "I never actually knew his real age for a long time."

His recent two charges aren't his first run-ins with the law.

Bradshaw was charged for police impersonation in 2021, but those charges were dropped less than a year ago.

He was previously charged in 2016 for sexual interference with a person younger than 16 and telecommunication with that victim to arrange sex, according to court records.

Kamloops RCMP later noted that charge and his subsequent court conditions to stay clear of parks or anywhere someone under the age of 16 could be expected in a 2021 search warrant which erroneously claimed he was convicted of those charges. Court records show those charges were also stayed.

The conditions were imposed by police.

Police searched his home in 2021 and seized police clothing, weapons, a police badge and rank chevrons. Although a copy of the search warrant mentions his criminal past and conditions, the investigation didn't appear to have any focus on potential sexual offences. Police also mentioned his "Dean Wilson" pseudonym in the search warrant.

Sources that spoke with iNFOnews.ca still refer to him as Dean.

Another source said she was 14 when Bradshaw started sending her nude images and lewd messages through the social media app Snapchat. His advances never went further than attempts over the phone, the now-18-year-old woman said.

A third source provided photos and video footage of him at house parties with young high schoolers while dressed in his security outfit. In one video, he's seen kissing a girl they said was 14 at the time.

The first source said she was 17 when Bradshaw, in his mid-20s, made sexual advances on her. He drove her to the rural neighbourhood of Knutsford and parked the car.

"I said no and he kept pushing," she said. "It got to a point where I said if you don't drive me home, I'll call my parents and get them to pick me up. He got really angry and drove me home."

iNFOnews.ca has tried repeatedly but unsuccessfully to reach Bradshaw for this story. He previously refused to comment when reached last year when Kamloops RCMP removed his vehicle from the road in May 2021 for appearing too similar to a police cruiser.

It's not clear why he goes by a different name, but they said it's common for him to change social media accounts and phone numbers.

His most recent charge involves the rape of a young woman in Enderby, for which he's still in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

He was charged on April 21 for sexual assault with a weapon or by choking, which he's alleged to have done on Feb 18, according to court records.

The victim was older than 18 at the time and her mother said she's facing almost daily harassment from Bradshaw's friends in the area.

Bradshaw is expected to appear in court from for a bail hearing in June related to the Enderby rape accusation. The sexual assault in Kamloops, which police said reportedly happened in May 2022, is scheduled for a trial in January.

He was indicted on March 10 for the alleged sexual assault in Kamloops, which was reported to RCMP in June 2022.

Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn refused to comment on whether police are still investigating Bradshaw for any other offences.
