Investigations into Penticton vehicle thefts continue

PENTICTON - Penticton RCMP are investigating four instances of stolen vehicles in the area last week.

Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says a pickup truck was stolen from a Naramata Road residence on Tuesday, Feb. 7. A 2000 Chevy Silverado, with B.C. license number G61 493, was stolen from a home in the 2300 block of Naramata Road.

At 9:48 a.m., on Feb. 7, police recovered a green Pontiac Sunfire in the 2400 block of Naramata Road. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Oliver.

Wrigglesworth says police recovered a stolen brown Honda Accord in the ditch on Westhills Road around noon Saturday, Feb. 11.

A 1995 Buick Century was reported stolen on Sunday, Feb. 12 from an Atkinson Street home. The car's B.C. license plate number is 772 FRC.
