Rock and roll icons ZZ Top will be bringing energy, along with their iconic big beards and sunglasses, to stages in Kamloops and the Okanagan as part of their 2022 Raw Whisky Tour this spring.
The concert tour will take them across North America, starting in Niagara Falls, Ontario on April 22nd and wrapping in Kentucky in late August.
The original band was first formed in Texas in 1969 by vocalist-guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard and the late vocalist-bassist Dusty Hill. Five decades later hits like La Grange, Legs and Sharp Dressed Man are still going strong.

After performances in Victoria and Abbotsford, the band is scheduled to play at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton at 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 24.
Two days later, they will play the Sandman Centre in Kamloops, along with Cheap Trick, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, before heading to Alberta.
