An Okanagan distillery has donated thousands of bottles of hand sanitizer bottles to local healthcare workers.

Tyler Dyck, CEO of Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery, which has locations in Vernon and Kelowna, posted a video to the company’s Facebook page Friday, announcing that more than 20,000 bottles have been donated.

The distillery also launched a Harness Your Inner Superhero donation campaign last week, which contributed to about 2,500 bottles being created, he said in the Facebook video.
