Construction and highway maintenance crews gave Kamloops health care workers an Amber Light Parade yesterday to show appreciation for their hard work in fighting COVID-19.

A wide assortment of vehicles participated last evening, April 16, many adorned with brightly coloured signs and lights flashing.

The parade began shortly before 7 p.m. at the Sahali Mall in Kamloops before traveling down Columbia Street past Royal Inland Hospital, according to a Dawson Group media release.
