PENTICTON - An avalanche hazard that prompted the closure of Highway 3 on Thursday has eased.
Drive BC is reporting this morning, Friday, Feb. 19, at 7 a.m. the highway has reopened in both directions.
Motorists should expect delays due to congestion.
