Agricultural Advisory Committee
Council received a presentation from the committee highlighting the growing importance of agriculture in Kelowna, effects it has on our economy, some of Kelowna’s more pressing agriculture-related concerns and the role of the Agricultural Advisory Committee.

Tourism Kelowna Hotel Tax
Council approved the renewal of the Municipal & Regional District Hotel Tax Agreement with Tourism Kelowna. The two per cent tax is used for destination marketing to entice tourists to visit Kelowna.

RCMP building design
Council approved staff’s request to access $200,000 from the RCMP Building Reserve to proceed with the preliminary design phase of the new RCMP building.
