Residents will get to voice their opinion on a proposal for Hidden Trails that would see 54 townhouses and 33 apartment style units built on Prairie Rose Drive and Rockcress Drive.

The developers are asking for the three pieces of land to be rezoned to different multiple family zoning. The Mount Dufferin land use plan originally allowed for 670 housing units, made up of 460 single family units and 210 multiple family units.

The City has not received any correspondence on the proposed rezoning prior to the meeting.

The public hearing will take place Tuesday, May 14 at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
