Harlem Globetrotters tour to stop in Okanagan

KELOWNA – The clowns of the hardwood bring their family-friendly entertainment to the Okanagan this winter with a show in Kelowna.

The Harlem Globetrotters will be at Prospera Place in Kelowna on Thursday, Dec. 6 as part of the comedy basketball team’s 250 city North American tour.

The Globetrotters have been entertaining crowds of fans for 92 years, according to a media release.

The current line-up features showmen like Big Easy Lofton, Hi-Lite Bruton, Ant Atkinson and Hammer Harrison, and includes Globetrotter female stars TNT Lister, Hoops Green, Torch George, Swish Young and Might Mortimer, the release says.

Tickets go on sale at SelectYourTickets.com on Monday, Aug. 27.
