JERUSALEM - A government report has criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision-making in a deadly Israeli naval raid on a Gaza-bound ship two years ago as "flawed" and "superficial."
Israeli naval commandos killed eight Turks and a Turkish-American after being attacked when storming the ship on May 31, 2010.
The ship had attempted to breach Israel's blockade of the Hamas-run Gaza Strip.
The raid drew heavy international criticism and deepened a diplomatic feud with Turkey, Israel's one-time ally.
