Gas prices have started coming down in Penticton, but the best deal on a tank of gas is Kamloops today.

The price for a litre of regular gasoline has dropped below the $130.9 mark in Penticton today after shooting up in late September.

As of 3:30 p.m. today, Oct. 22, Gasbuddy.com is reporting gas prices in Penticton ranging from $129.9 to $131.9 per litre.

Kamloops fuel prices are lowest in the region today ranging from $115.9 to $121.9.

Kelowna prices are $124.9 across the board, and in Vernon, prices are currently pegged at $129.9.

Prices in Penticton were down to $114.9 in mid-September before they shot up to $139.9 due to major refinery outages on the west coast. At that time, prices in Kamloops ranged from $119.9 to $129.9, in Vernon from $131.9 to $132.9 and in Kelowna from $126.9 to $129.9.
